Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail , Parcel Post or Fed Ex.
Processing Time
Your order will usually ship within 2 - 3 business days if in stock, but may take up to 2 weeks for some orders & out of stock items. We will notify you of out of stock items and of any delays.
Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Standard Shipping Time
Once shipped Transit time is usually 3 - 7 business days depending on where you want the package delivered.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out according to your order total as follows:
Refunds on Product Returns:
We will be happy to refund you for your order if you choose to return your order within 7 days of receipt. The items MUST be un-used and in good re-sellable condition. You will be refunded for the cost of the items less shipping. Be sure to E-Mail support@GreenBabySource.com for return instructions. Should the return be due to an error on our part, you will receive a replacement, or be refunded in full.
Damaged or missing item claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please send us an E-Mail to make arrangements for refunds or damage claims. All returns must be approved prior to return.
Sales Tax
Tennessee customers will be charged 9.25% sales tax.
Payments
We accept Visa and Master Card or Pay Pal . You do not need a Pay Pal account to pay for your order.

Your privacy is very important to us. Your information will never be sold or exchanged. In the case of factory direct shipments from the manufacturer we will provide them with your name and address for shipment purposes only. All credit card transactions are processed over a secure server through Card Services International or Pay Pal whichever you choose.
